I'm designing Stacked RDRA for 5GHz frequency and got the results mentioned below
dielectric constant= 10.2
B.W= 4.65 GHz
Gain=4dB
Radiation efficiency=93.5% ( accepted power= 0.96 W, radiated power=0.89 W)
But my antenna is not radiating properly with weaker field strength. Anybody, Please let me know what is the problem and how to resolve that issue. Here I'm attaching the antenna field distribution image. Please find it

It probably is radiating properly. You need to look at the radiated field plot, or radiation pattern, rather than the electric field strengths.
Even on the plot you have shown, You would do better to reduce the range of field values plotted so that it is possible to tell whether the field strength is 10 v/m or 1000 v/m. Field strength is always much higher in the very near field than in the radiated field.
1 W at 10 cm distance is probably spread over more than 100 square cm, so the power density is less than 100 W/sq m. This equates to a field strength less than 200 V/m. I agree that with that field strength you might expect to see some blue in the far field. CST sometimes doesn't plot things in some parts of its display, for no reason in particular, and then does plot them when you try a bit later with the same data.
Check whether CST is using 1 W or 1/2 W. It does a lot of things normalised to 1/2 W.
Try to check your excitation part and impedance part then check it once the feild strength
I agree with Malcolm White . I suggest checking VSWR or Return Loss as well. Few years before I researched the Stacked DRA with 2 disks, which depicted in the picture. This Stacked DRA has two frequency ranges.
