Let's say I've got an randomized block design with 3 treatments (grass mowing: 10cm, 20cm, 30cm) and 2 level of fertilization (YES and NO). Let's assume I've already performed a two way ANOVA and I got:
-very significant effects on mowing
-no significant effect of fertilizaion
-very significant effect on mowing*fertilization
So I think it would make sense to run a post-hoc for mowing since I would like to understand which was the best treatment. But, does it make sense to run also a post-hoc on mowing*fertilization? And is it possibile to do in it in SPSS, I really did not find any tutorial on this and it seems like the program does not allow to make such tests on interactions
