I have a patient in my family who has been suffering from a neurological condition for many years now. The condition has been diagnosed as Fronto-Temporal Dementia with Progressive Speech Aphasia. Patient has lost ability to walk or stand and lost her speech completely. She also displays Pseudo Bulbar Affect as symptom.

Could you kindly recommend any natural/herbal line of treatment.
