Possible discussion of carrier mobility for Cr doped CdO thin films?

The carrier mobility of the CdO film decreases first, reaching a minimum at 0.5 mol.% Cr doping and then increases with the 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5 mol% Cr-doping concentration. What should be the possible discussion of this phenomenon.
