I'm using SmartPLS 3 to test the UTAUT2 technology acceptance model.
I'm using age as a continuous moderator. I'm struggling to understand at what stage I add the moderator and test for its effects.
My understanding is:
1) Run the full model with the moderator attached as a latent variable, but do not run the moderating effects yet
2) After you have run the model, add age as a moderator for an independent variable(moderating effect option in Smartpls 3)
3) Run each moderation separately – or together??
Do I add all my moderate all my independent variables and run them all at once? Or do I run a moderating effect for a specific independent variable, see its impact, and then delete the moderator to run another one?
