Dear, some of the variables you mentioned are available in the World Development Indicator (World Bank).
Hello! It is depends for which countries you need data. You can find a lot of this data on OECD statistics: www.oecd-ilibrary.org/statistics. Also, if you need data for EU countries a lot of data you can find on Eurostat. Of course, one of the best database are World bank statistics and IFS statistics. Data for oil price could be difficult to find, but you could try on New York Stock Exchange NYMEX.

For data on exchange rate and other country based data use imf data query. Data on exchange volatility are usually generated from exchange rate returns using appropriate model such ARCH and GARCh,EGARCH.etc.
