Plotting data from CCD interfaced with Arduino?

Hi. I am working on a spectrometer and using Toshiba CCD TCD1304 in the configuration as provided in the link. Hardware is OK, but I don't have an electronics background, and am having trouble in plotting the data in PC.

I like to have a datasheet with Pixel number vs Intensity values. Can someone please help me in this.

First, you have to send the output data from pin A0 of arduino to PC through Serial port. Second, you need a software to record Serial data recieved from Arduino. Processing language is a very good option. Finally you can draw these data in an easy way. This can be helpful
