You can read all about the Input files for PLINK here. You can easily make These files in Excel and save them as .txt, then rename them to the needed Extension (.ped, .map...)

It depends a Little on what Kind of data you are working with. Is it extracted from studies, or are you dealing with raw GWAS data? Anyway, here are some example files:

You could simply copy these tables into Excel, fill them with your data, and save them as described above.

my data contain genotypes of certain SNPs and i need to download plink or use it from haploview program in order to  obtain haplotype frequency. OR, CI,p-value 

but everytime i try to download plink it wont run into my computer (knowing that my pc version is windows7)

besides when i tried to use plink from haploview ,  a message emerges telling that "results file should contain snp column"

i am so disappointed about these obstacles
