I'd love to know too. I don't have funding to publish open access so I am using preprint at present. I use a Swiss company but recently I was emailed by Sage that they have their own platform for preprints. Preprints are not peer reviewed but I got one citation for one paper, which surprised us. Update: one extra citation for the other paper!
