Try to understand your organization's culture and then think of a questionnaire to assess the skills of your company's employees. Finally, design a questionnaire that adds your company's culture to the following types of social skills:
Communicative skills - the ability to know how to converse, from starting a dialogue, answering questions or making a simple compliment or comment; Civility skills - knowing how to introduce yourself, say goodbye and thank you; Assertive skills - manifesting in a balanced way, conducting criticism well and recognizing mistakes; Empathic Skills - Empathy is having the ability to put yourself in the other's shoes to recognize their needs and feelings; Positive Feeling Skills -Relates to your interpersonal bonds such as friendship and the ability to be supportive; Work Skills - Resisting the fear of public speaking, knowing how to make decisions, solving problems and proposing solutions, and working as a team.
I consider your question to be a relevant one: soft skills are equally important to the hard skills. In some cases these skills (e.g communication) are even more significant - such as the situation now during COVID-19 disaster management.
