Cure in case of Hepatitis B is a challenge and since long we are looking for more efficacious agents. DAA (Myrcludex-B) was under progress, wanted to know updates if any research trials are going on or any clue to information relevant to my question.

That's a great question.

As far as I know, Myrcludex B, could be the first-in-class drug for the treatment of chronic hepatitis B and chronic hepatitis D infections, however, more data are needed to demonstrate the efficiency in chronic hepatitis B alone.
