Please recommend the proper way to calculate the ratio of the mixed gas of NO+N2, air, and water vapor for the NOx study?

Hello everyone. I am trying to analyze the NOx study for my cementitious TiO2 material. According to the ISO standard, I have to follow 1000 ppb and 3 L/min of working fluid. In my case, I have a mixed gas of NO+N2, air, and water vapor. I attempted to extract the ratio of the mentioned 3 L/min from the literature, but I could not find it. Please recommend the proper way to calculate the ratio of the mixed gas of NO+N2, air, and water vapor.
