I am working on Bacteriophage as biocontrol agent. If I would like to know the endolysin gene, I would like to go for whole genome sequencing. But I do not know whether it is possible to go for whole genome sequencing as I am unaware of the cost incurred in whole genome sequencing. Kindly help me.

The average Pseudomonas phage genome shouldn't be more than 50 to 100 kb, I'm guessing. That's a perfect amount for a small NGS run but may be even better if you have a small collection of phage genomes to sequence.
Are you familiar with Xcelris (http://www.xcelrisgenomics.com/NGS-WholeGenomeSequencing.html)? They are based in India and provide NGS services. I'm not sure what their prices are like.
