this is the caterpillar of  Agriopis bajaria, it lives on deciduous trees and shrubs, also on fruit trees, the imago flies in late autumn. The females have no wings.

I agree with Saša S. Stanković  it is a Geometer moth (Geometridae) caterpillar also known as a looper or inch-worm caterpillar
