I want to publish my research in high indexed journal and I think Scopus journals are the best but their fee of publication more than $1000. How I can get cheaper with this index?

Negociate with the journal. It depends exclusively on the editors of the Journal : they might agree (in partciular if your piece is excellent). Or not, because they dpnt really need anyone to publish with low APC.
My suggestion is kindly strengthen ur research work with structural equation model with appropriate cited article attracts good journals for publication
Watch out for offers, occasionally free publication to break dead lines are invited.
Every journal have a fee waiver options in exceptional cases for self funded studies but it would be published as closed access.
