I want to publish my research in high indexed journal and I think Scopus journals are the best but their fee of publication more than $1000. How I can get cheaper with this index? Thanks in advance

What I think is Dithiothreitol. As it is water-soluble and does not form a precipitate. But, the thing is it contains sulphur which is quite hazardous to aquatic animals.
