I have used two different models on some data and they have got two different results. Can some body suggest which statistical test can be used to test the significance of differences between these results of these two models.
If your response is univariate you can simply use student's t-test for paired samples. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Student%27s_t-test#Unpaired_and_paired_two-sample_t-tests
Thank you sir for the reply..but i am not testing on same data before and after... I am two different data from the same sample and dedveloping two models for each set. I would like to test whether these two models correlate the same conclusion or not.
I understand you measure different variables then? What is the conclusion you are discussing? With more information maybe I could suggest a more suitable test.
"You have two different datasets from the same sample and developed two models for each dataset." What are your two models? Two regression equations with different coefficients? Please clarify.
