Please, can the concentration of the drug inside the nanocarriers or nanoparticles be determined using a UV spectrophotometer after getting the calibration curve of the drug alone?
Dear Hussein Ali, the best way if you can find conditions to burst (or dissolution) of the loader nanoparticles. This way you get exactly how much was inside thé NP's. Other techniques such as dialysis don't give the Real amount because of the retention and the extremely long time needed to release the minor amount at the end of delivery. My Regards

Yes, this IS possible, we have determined thé drug concentration using UV spectroscopy in researches about drug loader microspheres.
Yes, for sure. We did it before for a medical company. It is sensitive enough for the applications. You may need to use other techniques to cross check.
