Hi friend, your query seems quite interesting, u may try to lay yours hands on some heat shock protein genes as they respond to Cascades of stress in animals and man, there is high possibility that HSP genes may equally respond to physiological stress arising from possible effect of transgenic  diet induced stress. HSPs respond to stress heat stress in particular by way of up regulations and down regulations expression modulation of mRNA of these HSPs. I figure u may try this HSPs and see how they respond to physiological stress. Good lock
