Good day. I am doing a study on plant tissue culture using fermented waste materials as a culture medium. I read some of the literature and most of the methods or procedures in preparing the culture medium are summarized. Nyle Pardillo You are using " using fermented waste materials as a culture medium ", you don't use MS medium? Did this what you mean? Or did you add some fermented waste materials into the common-used MS medium?
Nice approach nutrients media can be of different types such as agar agar solution, other organic compound and simple bread with water solution is also be used.
