We conducted a laboratory experiment (two trials) on the effect of plant extract against rice blast fungus. The study involved 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100% concentrations of ethanolic extracts against conidia of Pyricularia grisea. We found out that 25% was more effected than the rests of the concentrations used. Our question is why? We always thought that higher concentrations are more effected than the lower concentration. But our findings were different. Can someone help us explain why this happened? Your comments are very valuable. Thanks
