The techniques for detecting plagiarism are becoming increasingly advanced, but should it applies to all parts before publication for scientific manuscripts, theses, and books, including the introduction, materials and methods, references list? I think it should be applied only to the results, the abstracts, and the conclusions parts that officially belongs to the researchers themselves

As a result of the researchers fear of exceeding the permissible percentage in plagiarism, they are forced to change the sentences they cite and use synonyms which, over time, will produce results contrary to the original research
