I am sorry to read this - ATCC is my "favorite" go-to for cell lines.

Here are a few other possible suggestions, if the second one did not work neither.

• https://www.nigms.nih.gov/Research/specificareas/hgcr/Pages/default.aspx is a repository of patient derived cells, not sure if they have this but perhaps if there are relevant primary cells that could be substituted ?
• Cell applications (https://www.cellapplications.com/) is another good source of primary cells from both healthy and disease conditions,
• Additionally, there is also the Lonza company for primary cells.
• One additional option is to contact one of the scientists or teams involved into vitiligo research - she / he / they may have other suggestions or be able to share the cells herself / himself / themselves.
