Hi, I am growing P. sojae R1 in Lima bean media to later extract WGE from it (Videos attached). This is my first time growing this fungus and I need an experts eye to check it and help me understand whether the culture is contaminated or not? Since the culture looks cloudy (literally like clouds in a flask), I am not sure what it is. I thought one of you might know what is going on in there. Please Check the attached videos and let me know what do you think.

i can´t see any signs of contamination. Was the culture shaken or stationary?

@Sajjad Ahmed, From the appearance of the mycelia, I would say that the cultivation took place under slow shaking. my experience is that in stationary conditions the phytophtora strains grow on the surface of media. But the fact is that I havn´t personal experience with p. sojae. Good luck
