I have beamtime to SOLEIL and currently, I’m unemployed. SOLEIL has to respect French national health and safety requirement and cannot give access to a beamline user who is not employed or officially affiliated to an institute that has legal status and that fulfills an employer’s obligations to this user. This includes guaranteeing personal and third party insurance and health coverage. SOLEIL, therefore, cannot schedule proposal number 20171446, with my presence during the experiment, until I am employed or formally affiliated to an institute that fulfills these obligations.

We propose the investigation of anti-tumor activity of photocatalytically active NPs. Here, the main aim is to develop new treatment strategies for intracorporal tumors using photocatalytic active NPs using infrared SR-FTIR microspectroscopy. Another goal of the proposal is the combination of the therapeutic effect of NPs with a diagnostic approach. This combination can be achieved by modification of photocatalytic active NPs with fluorescent agents.
