Can Interpretative Phenomenology be used as a methodology if we are using a theoretical framework which is based on social capital theory and social network theory to understand collaborative relationships and networks?
Can Phenomenology be mixed with another methodology (such as the social network analysis[Qual or Quan])?

There are several forms of interpretive phenomenology, including Johathon Smith's Interpretive Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). All of them are based on highly meaningful lived experience, and do not typically rely on prior theory. If you are talking about the experience of social capital via personal networks, that might not be meaningful enough to qualify, unlesss it was a major encounter.

If your collaborative relationships involve in-depth and ongoing connections, then a phenomenological approach might be appropriate. Keep in mind that J. Smith and company typically suggest 5-7 interviews with an intense analysis of each.

Generally speaking, there are two common ways of collecting network data. In one case, you have a "closed" network (i.e., a list of all the network members in some well-bounded set). If that matches your data, then you need to ask each person in the network about their connections with all the other network members.
In the second case, you are collecting data from a sample where the members do not necessarily have any contact with each other (i.e., a set of so-called "ego-centric" networks). If that matches your data, then you ask each separate person about the members of their personal network.
