Usually. there are several quality publishers such as Elseveir. Springer, Wiley and more, but to publish your doctorate in a journal you have first to convert it to an article size and format. When you have done this, you should search a journal with an aim and scope that matches your doctorate main theme.

If you have made enough scientific progress with your subject that you can get it pass peer-review, you should go for an article.

It will prove your works quality and make it much more accessible then the article is in a recognised journal.
