Can anyone suggest some phase change materials that melt at around 19 degC?
For my specific application, its solubility in water should be very small.
Edit (Thanks to Ulrich): The material is going to be dispersed in water to form a suspension/emulsion.
Gallium melts at 30 °C. Perhaps you can make an alloy with a somewhat lower (eutectic) temperature.
Ulrich Deiters Thank you for your answer. I need to disperse it in water and form an emulsion. So Gallium probably doesn't work due to a high density. I will clarify my question based on your answer. Thanks.

I have a fairly comprehensive materials list in a PCM review at the link below, with the full set in the appendices. It seems like you have more than just temperature as a requirement, but in addition to the ones above there are a few other organic materials,
including some clathrate hydrates, near that temperature, as well as KF-4H2O that come to mind. 82Ga-12Sn-6Zn is right around that temp as well, but as you said a metal might not be compatible.
