Hi, I have 2 points of data, which is the baseline patient's drug concentration and steady state drug concentration (maximum drug concentration) after 40 months. Now, let's say the accumulation of the drug follows this equation: y = a*(1-exp(-bx)), where a is the maximum drug concentration, b is the function of half-life, which is ln2/t(1/2), x is time, y is the drug concentration at a given time.
Is it possible to find out the drug concentration at 2weeks, 4weeks, 8 weeks, and 16 weeks?

SImulation of the concentration is possible if you have enough entry data about dosing intervals dose level etc etc but the final question is rather about validation of the model. I think the best way to solve the problem is using the population pharmacokinetics approach if you have enough data showing variability etc.. The final question probably still be not is it possible but how predictive is the model based on raw data availability ....
