Female of 10 years of age, without comorbidities, she comes to valoration after 10 days referring to the fall of her height , (she does not know mechanism of injury), she only refers pain to the abduction of the shoulder and to the elevation of the shoulder beyond 60 degrees.

Physical examination: crepitation of the glenohumeral joint, pain in the acromioclavicular joint or clavicle, limitation to abduction in 60-70 degrees, reproducible pain when raising the arm, no rotator cuff tests were performed for the referred pain.

Add shoulder x-ray where partial articulation glenoid continuity solution is observed.
