PCR-free WGS on Illumina, will standard Y-shaped adaptors work? or are linear adaptors needed?

We have decided to do PCR-free Whole Genome Sequencing on Illumina sequencers. Will standard Y-shaped adaptors work? or do we need special linear adaptors?

Any advice is appreciated.
