Passaging of neonatal cardiomyocyte cultures?

Did anybody try to passage mouse neonatal cardiomyocyte cultures? The cells are usually grow well. I just need to change the plate format from 6 well to 96 well for the Elisa reader. What is the best protocol/enzyme to use?
