I want to simulate a particle tracing system in COMSOL.the flow regime in the device is laminar. two forces affect the particles. A drag force which obey the stokes law, the other is inertial lift force that changes according to particle position.I want help for entering the inertial force.is there any same force in COMSOL or I have to code it in MATLAB?
P.s:I am using COMSOL 5.1

It is not possible in COMSOL 5.1 because the inertial lift forces are not included. You can try to add expressions as a new force in the particle tracing module but it will be difficult as there are no direct analytical solutions for the inertial lift and it is sensitive to the particle position and to the distance to the walls. However, this is posisible and done in COMSOL 5.3. For more details, click the following link and read in details with the references:
