Usually a slow running gel means that the buffer is too concentrated so the increased salt means lower current and movement but you say that the voltage and current are good so I would check that the concentration of the acrylamide is correct ( not too high %) and that the cross linking is correct ( not too much Bis acrylamide) and try again ( just with size standard if the samples are valuable). Is anyone else in your lab having problems with this apparatus?
Yes the voltage is as mentioned. I will replace the buffer in the next working day of the week and will check whether the problem is solved or not.........
