Over-expression of protein in Swine Testis (ST) cells?

I am trying to over-express a protein in ST cells, however, the protein is not expressed in the cells. I have tried over-expressing the same protein in another pig cells i.e. PK-15, and got the expression. I have also put EGFP as a positive control for transfection efficiency and got negligible expression of GFP. Is this cell line not very good for over-expression?
