Our ISurBlock works like BSA to block unwanted protein adsorption in immunoassay, but returns a lower signal. How can we tell if it's blocking NSB? That is, is it interfering with specific antibody-antigen interaction.

use 3% skim milk(powder)/ PBS (w/v), shaking 1 hour RT. Cheap and efficient.

We mean to move away from using animal products in favor of synthetic blockers that we can make ourselves to order.
