Any scholars out there looking at organizational authenticity from a more internal perspective. Much of the literature out there seems to be consumption focused and often cultural, e.g. authentic wine, authentic music. Anybody looking at how organizations appear authentic to internal stakeholders, employees in general, but also different sub-groups. So this is more like authentic leadership, but at an organizational level of analysis rather than individual leaders. Particularly interested to understand the authenticity work organizations engage in as well as how it is received.

For a practical example, think about recent amazon adverts that highlight conditions in amazon warehouses and afford opportunities to tour them, whilst this is very much about communicating to customers, it is also aimed at potential employees and the reactions of current employees would shed light on how authentically the organization is seen as providing good work/conditions. Hopefully that helps explain things!
