Dear colleagues, I have not found ontology of statistical model in the literature. In the team of Borkowski W., Mielniczuk H. I built OWL ontology of GLMM and a program generating ontologies pattern-based. Ontology represents math structure of oriented graph. Basic structure is rdf graph subject-property-object. In presented ontology is one property unnamed betwen every two classes, thus basic graph consists of two elements. By dataproperty are saved numerical data , indexing by instances, for example coefficient matrix indexing by instance of class of indexes, then covariance and so on. Names of propdft is for diffderentiatin of values. The SPARQL language is fundamental for all methods on ontologies. Protege editor draws hierarchical structure in manyl views and search by queries,
I will be grateful for the community opinion and sharing the experience
