I am doing a research in biotechnology where I had my animal studies results. The SD values of the body weight of the animals were conducted. I need to find out the statistical significant values of body weight of the animals, total cholesterol, CBC values and the liver enzymatic parameters of the animals like SOD, catalase and total proteins value. Can you please tell me how to perform a one way ANOVA followed by Dunnett's post hoc test using the values.

K. Sai Pavithra How did you determine that you need to use one Way ANOVA? You are supposed to carry out normality tests first to know whether you are to use parametric or non-parametric tests.
