Subatomic particles create the situation above matter in the universe, and so the quality of the object on matter is formed by differentiating from subatomic, so why is that so? What I feel from your question is that to understand the mirror property of matter we have to consider three main things ---- a)Charge polarity (i.e. + ve, -ve, neutral (same amount of +ve & -ve) ;
b) Symmetry property ( symmetry & ANTI symmetry)
c) Asymptotic Freedomness i.e. under extreme conditions (e.g. at extreme high pressure, at extreme high temperature and at super high magnetic field ) what will be the behaviour of matter or sub-atomic particles.
Regarding Symmetry and charge our present understanding of their behaviour is almost known.
Regarding Asymptotic Freedomness under extreme conditions our knowledge is poor. Since these states are not physically available on earth we have to look for Astrophysical Compact objects such as White Dwarf, Neutron Star, Pulsars, Magnetars. Due to asymptotic freedomness inside the core of Neutron star the u, d, quarks float or move freely as if there is no strong force activeness. Any condensation, or change in charge polarity or any mutation , transformation among the quarks may occur under this situation that we don't know , we can say.
