Looking through the microscope preparation of Gyromitra fastigiata for me, I found something strange. It looked like fruitbodies of fungi that grew on some membrane. A single "fruiting body" had height approx. 12 m. The parasite?

Dear Piotr, can you please specify, what part of (fruit body?) of Gyromitra you examine?
It looks slightly like toxocysts we observed in say Pleurotus pulmonarius
It was on the surface of the hymenophore.

You need thinner section and at least phase contrast photo to know. They seem to arise from thick hyphae, but it's unclear what hyphae is it,. I can't see septa, but they are not always seen in unstained preparations by simple light microscopy.
Finally if this is hymenophore I wonder I don't see asci, paraphyses, ascogenous hyphae or so...If this hyphae are on the surface you may try to isolate this to distinct preparation.
Asci and paraphyses are not visible because I cut part of the photo with the only organism.
In this case it would be good to see the whole photo and stain the section with say, cotton blue or methylene blue to distinguish the details. Is it possible?
It also might be the appressoria, though I don't see any reliable points of interaction with host (?) hyphae
Then may examine the papers of Gunter Arnold. He did a lot of very good works dealt with mycoparasites.
Unfortunately, the microscopic preparation was fragile, and the next I have not found despite the many preparations.

anamorphy image contains Peziza succos. Is analogy, this is what I found could be anamorph Gyromitra fastigiata?
