I have been trying to get a hold of official and legitimate databases or listings for online agriculture-related workshops. I know FAO has an extensive e-learning academy that offers a wide range of learning content. Are there any other similar organizations that hold online events for professional development in agricultural sciences?

I am currently working on the development of e-learning platform for professionals in agricultural sciences in Ecuador, from this side of the world I can comment that there are some similar educational and training platforms: SMEAP, IICA e-learning, courses of the Inter-American Development Bank, FLY TEEK, EDX (some few courses), the Peruvian Institute of Molecular Genetics Barbara McClintock, CropLife Latin America, Intagri, of course FAO, and we must not discard the immense amount of courses that are offered in social networks, with and without institutional endorsements, it happens a lot in Ecuador that there is offer from government institutions to collegiate bodies such as the College of Agricultural Engineers or COLPOS in Mexico.

No educational institution or country is perfect in the field of agriculture, not even FAO.
