I am completely new in the area of dielectrics. My guide instructed me to take the nyquist plot of my material. What is the use of it and how it will help in the study of solar cell? When you study on solar cell what is the use of dielectric constant
I am studying perovskite solar cells. I had already done the measurements as the slot was available. I had the data with me. But now I don't know what to do. When I searched for journals regarding this they are showing the graphs with imaginary and real part of z. I had drawn that graph too. But then I am stuck here again. How the analysis should be done is completely unknown to me. It will be helpful if any of you can give a hand in this
We used the workstation and I used software called zsimpwin for fitting. I got the different resistance and capacitance values after fitting also. Now my current issue is i cannot understand how these values are related to solar cells. i calculated the grain and grain boundary resistance also. but what is the significance of these parameters in solar cells? i mean aren't dielectric studies used for supercapacitors? What does it have to do with PV studies? If the question is irrelevant, please forgive me. I am completely clueless. That's why I am asking.
