There are many computer methods to extract hashtags from texts. It really depends on the structure of your data and text.

I'm not familiar with Nivo, but I'm sure you can apply RegEx to extract any kind of semi-structured data from text.

For example, if you are familiar with python language, you can use `re` package with "#(\w+)" expression.

If you know some Language Programming, then it would be fast. For example, hashtag follows the next pattern #something_here.

I am not familiar with Nivo 12.0 plus, I used Apache Spark for it, and in this case, extracting hashtag is really easy.
