Numerical Singularity Error- How can I connect the web of a steel beam modelled using shell elements to a stiffener modelled using solid elements?

Greetings.

I am analysing a steel beam under flexure in ABAQUS CAE. I have modelled the beam (made from 1.2mm thin plate) using shell elements. I need to provide a thicker web stiffener ( 6mm thick) so, it has been modelled using solid elements. I am providing a surface to surface Master-Slave interaction. For some reasons unknown to me, warning messages appear regarding Numerical Singularity and after some repetitive messages, the analysis aborts. What is the possible reason for this type of error? How do I rectify it?
