Number of sub-channels and sub-channel bandwidth in IEEE 802.11af?

Dear colleagues,

I am trying to use IEEE 802.11af in my research. I am having difficulty to grasp the concept of OFDM sub-channels in IEEE 802.11af. It is well documented that 802.11af supports 5,10, 20, 40 MHz channel bandwidth. So how can we relate sub-channels to this. Considering 5MHz channel B.W, how many sub-channels and what is the bandwidth of each sub-channel that can be assigned to a single user.

I would really appreciate an answer with some reference.
