I have applied an explanatory factor analysis technique for political instability data and I have found 6 factors, the first 4 factors have 3 variables each, and factor number 5 and 6 have loaded only one variable each, the 6 variables explain 65.034% of the variance while the first four factors explain only 51.819% of the variance.

so, should I consider the only first 4 factors or all the factors (6)?

Thank you
