What is the difference between the adsorption on (TiO2) n=16 and n=8?

Because sometimes we want to save the time for calculation and we do not need to expand the time for calculation of the adsorption of a molecule on (TiO2) n=16 instead of calculation of (TiO2)n=8.

If the purpose of the adsorption of the molecule on TiO2 just to see the molecule will be adsorb or not, we can reduce the number the cluster from 16 to 2.
