I am struggling with coding (MATLAB/C) for obtaining the pareto front for two objective functions with two objectives.
One is max. Y1 and other max. (1/Y2).
The objective functions are attached here with. It has four variables and each variable has some constrained.

This depends on the software that you are using for the optimization. Normally, this is an custom external function that has to be provided by the user. The inputs of the function are the parameters that you are optimizing and the outputs the values of the objectives evaluated in the function. The structure of the function, i.e. in which form you have to provide the data and interface with the optimization program, depends on how the optimization software defines this and how it was programmed. Normally this information is provided in the handbook of the optimization.
In order to be more precise, it is essential to know which software are you using: The NSGA II is only an algorithms, there are many software implementations for it and probably, each of them requires a particular custom function for the objectives.

As I have explicitly mentioned MATLAB or C both will work..
I am using MATLAB as if now.
Matlab (or C) is the programming language. With "software" I mean the code, programmed either in Matlab or C, that implement the NSGA II algorithm. It is very clear for me that you are using Matlab. I speak about the functions that implement the algorithms. Matlab calls it "Toolboxes".
If you are implementing your own NSGA II and you do not have any idea about how to do it, you can have a look at any finished implementation on the network, for example

On the other hand, if you only need to implement the custom function for the objectives, you need to know, how the main function calls the custom function.

The source code worked, however NGPM-NSGA II source code has some error in it.
