You can follow biocompatible and bioavailable nano-delivery systems as the most efficient ones.
I think the choice of formulation must depend on what you want it to achieve. For what it's worth I was recently impressed by the sublingual preparation of loperamide ( Imodium, from McNeil Health UK) because it worked so fast and when absorption via the gut was compromised. Other fast and effective sublingual formulations exist for zolpidem, fentanyl that reach the brain in a few seconds.

Actually, my question is if we put all the current pharmaceutical technologies in a box and want to pick few technologoes on the basis of market potential, less investment, feasibility of preparation and so on for a startup company. What tachnologies would you recommend?

As t happens, I have already mentioned examples of them ... basically spray or ultra-fast dissolution. As long as your compound is not bitter, the sublingual route has the advantages of IV dosing (rapid and more uniform absorption than via the gut) while being more practical for patients to self-administer.
Current trend is Nanotechnology based drug delivery systems like nanogels, Hydrogels for wound healing, surgical sprays, Monoclonal antibodies are in high demand in this covid state and many companies are even having patents.
